The app comes with inbuilt security features that include multi-level authentication and offline capabilities that ensure smooth operations even in places with limited or no network connectivity. Ujjivan’s latest mobile technology for customer acquisition, customer support, and collection management for its current micro finance institution business is expected to reduce overall operational costs significantly.
