Odisha Gramya Bank (OGB) Offers Seamless Digital Access for Rural Customers with Appzillon Omni-Channel Banking Solution

Odisha Gramya Bank (OGB), a prominent regional rural bank in India, has proudly announced the successful launch of its Omni-channel Banking Solution, powered by Appzillon. This achievement marks a significant milestone in OGB’s commitment to providing easy and convenient digital banking services to its customers.

In line with its mission to bridge the digital disconnect in rural areas and serve its valued customers, OGB was looking for a partner who not only understood its unique business needs but also possessed the technical expertise required to deliver and scale a comprehensive digital banking ecosystem. Appzillon’s Omni-channel Banking Solution was selected as the preferred choice of platform to power their new initiatives and digitize their legacy systems and processes.

The project, which commenced in November 2022, successfully completed a pilot launch within just six weeks. The solution has been available to the public since September 2023.
